Sesame Chicken

Here is a really yummy marinade that we have had about 3 times in the past couple weeks.

1/2 C. olive oil
1 C. white grape juice
1/2 C. soy sauce
1 t. ginger
1 T. dry mustard
1 t. black pepper
4 garlic cloves
1/4 C. sesame seeds
1/2 C. chopped green onion
About 6 chicken breasts or 8 thighs

Combine all ingredients and let chicken marinade in sauce for at least 4 hours. Or put it all in a ziplock and stick it in the freezer, thaw when ready to use and grill on BBQ. Very yummy. We had it for lunch in wraps with white rice and steamed sugar snap peas. Awesome. I love that you can feeze it. I never would have thought of that.
