Baby Food Genius


I've been making baby food and came up with an idea for easy freezing. I scooped my blended sqaush onto a silcon baking sheet (Silpat), covered the pan with plastic wrap and froze. Once hard, the portioned squash mounds slipped right off the pan and into a freezer bag.
My moments of genius are so few these days. :)

That is a great idea! And I, too, highly recommend a Silpat....I use mine almost daily.

Hey! how did your puree come out so thick? mine is only runny.
