Very Easy Berry Crumble

















Toss together in a 8x8 glass baking dish:
3 cups black berries, blue berries, or raspberries (or any combination)
2 TBS lemon juice

Combine and crumble over fruit mixture:
2/3 cup brown sugar
½ cups flour
2/3 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup butter, softened
¾ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt

Microwave on high for 7-10 minutes, until fruit is thick and bubbly. Don’t be frightened because this is a microwave recipe – it is really tasty and easy. No one has to know you slaved away over a hot microwave to prepare it.

sounds wonderful! i like the microwave deal, it's too hot to turn the oven on. I'm jealous that you have blackberries already, i checked ours today and they aren't near being ready. they make very good jelly as long as you strain all the seeds out.
